Aiko el grupo

Spain's Aiko El Grupo take inspiration from noise pop predecessors like Joanna Gruesome and Veronica Falls as well as the spirit of riot grrrl acts including Bikini Kill and Bratmobile. Their emotionally and sonically scrappy debut LP, Va Totalmente en Serio…, appeared in 2020 and was followed in 2023 by Me Estan Apuntando Con un Arma, an album whose denser textures featured heavier guitar tones and more conspicuous keys.
