Airbird

Airbird is the solo moniker of Joel Ford, a Brooklyn-based indie electronic artist known for several collaborative projects, including Tigercity, Games/Ford & Lopatin (with Oneohtrix Point Never's Daniel Lopatin), and Ejecta/Young Ejecta. His work as Airbird drifts between dreamy, sparkling downtempo synth-pop and ecstatic, neon dance beats (sometimes during the same song), with detailed production flourishes and his own electronically manipulated falsetto vocals.
