Apulanta

Apulanta are a chart-topping Finnish rock band whose style has evolved since they began as a group of teenage friends in the early '90s. Their output drew from punk and alternative rock, and starting in 1996, they hit number one on the Finnish charts practically every single year with either a hit single, album, or both. They experimented with sound and presentation as they soldiered on, exploring nu metal on albums like 2005's Kiila and continuing down that road.
