Baauer is a Brooklyn-based electronic producer specializing in trap and bass music as well as future house. He broke into the mainstream when his 2012 trap anthem "Harlem Shake" debuted atop the Billboard charts and spawned a viral meme that was started by George Miller (aka Joji/Pink Guy).
