Barbara Carlotti

Barbara Carlotti is an acclaimed French singer/songwriter whose music is deeply rooted in the chanson tradition. Born on July 2, 1974, in the Parisian suburb of Clamart, she made her recording debut in 2005 with the mini-album Chansons on the independent label Microbe. The album was well received and led to a recording contract with 4AD/Beggars Group. Carlotti subsequently made her full-length album debut in 2006 with Les Lys Brisés and supported the release with a tour of France, plus dates in Montreal, New York, and London, among other international cities.
