German TV host and actress Barbara Schöneberger was born in Munich on March 5, 1974 as the daughter of clarinet player Hans Schöneberger. After graduating from high school, she began to study sociology, art history and communication studies in Augsburg, and worked for an agency in Munich. Her first TV role was a guest spot in the TV series Café Meineid, which was quickly followed by several other appearances.
