Big French is a New York City-based lo-fi experimental rock group fronted by the unusually high-voiced Quentin Moore. The group's short, knotty songs recall post-punk, prog, and no wave influences, but don't fit into any easy categories. In addition to Moore, who sings, plays guitar, and writes the group's songs, Big French includes synthesizer player Zach Phillips (Blanche Blanche Blanche), drummer Jo Miller-Gamble, bassist Adam Steck, and guitarist Colin White.
