Biography
British duo BIG SPECIAL combine spoken and sung vocals with a bruising mix of punk, hip-hop, and electronica. Debuting in 2022 with the EP DOOM SONG, the pair went on to issue a run of singles and EPs before dropping their debut album, POSTINDUSTRIAL HOMETOWN BLUES, in 2024.
Hailing from Birmingham, the duo, Joe Hicklin (vocals) and Callum Moloney (drums), first met at college, but after playing in bands together they went their separate ways.
