Biography
Austin, Texas' Christa Palazzolo and Sarah Brown formed Boy Friend in late 2010, when the pair left Sleep∞Over to concentrate on their own brand of lovelorn dream pop. Friends since their early teens, Brown (vocals/guitar) and Palazzolo (vocals/keyboards) bonded over their fondness for Mariah Carey and Ray Lynch soundtracks and went on to create a sound reminiscent of the Cocteau Twins, Air, Beach House, and Strawberry Switchblade.
