Biography
Formed in Los Angeles, California, USA, in the spring of 1986, Bulimia Banquet featured several experienced members of the local music community - Julia Bell (bass, vocals, ex-Minion Of Parody), Alan Hansburg (guitar, ex-Minion Of Parody), Ingrid (vocals, guitar, ex-Raszebrae) and Jason (drums, ex-Under The Influence). Their inviting blend of post-punk pop noise was built on a platform of distorted effects pedals and swift musical changes, but the band failed to make any impact outside of California.
