Canadian singer, composer, producer, and musician Casey MQ makes delicate, heartfelt songs reflecting on relationships, desires, and memories. He has worked with a variety of left-field pop figures, including Oklou, Cecile Believe, and Austra, in addition to composing scores for several films, including 2018's Firecrackers. He released the hyperpop album babycasey in 2020, then explored a ballad-heavy, baroque pop-influenced style for 2024's Later that day, the day before, or the day before that.
