Well known for their theatrical live performances, Norwegian electro-pop group Casiokids released a series of critically acclaimed singles on Moshi Moshi Records during the late 2000s. Founded in 2005 in Bergen, Norway, the group is comprised of Einar Olsson, Fredrik Øgreid Vogsborg, Ketil Kinden Endresen, Kjetil Bjøreid Aabø, Matias Monsen, and Omar N'Dur. They cite influences that include New Order, Paul Simon (Graceland in particular), Fela Kuti, King Tubby, Cornelius, Gorillaz, and Liquid Liquid.
