CASISDEAD is the oft-masked alter ego of a British rapper who is stern and unflappable whether he's rhyming over boom-bap, synthwave, drum'n'bass, or vintage slow jams. Representing Tottenham, he first appeared in the mid-2000s as Castro Saint -- alternately Castro and Cas -- and after a few years of activity left music for half a decade, only to reappear in 2012 as CASISDEAD.
