Biography
Chancho en Piedra is a Latin rock band from Chile that formed in the early '90s by singer Eduardo Ibeas, guitarist Pablo Ilabaca, bassist Felipe Ilabaca, and drummer Leonardo Corvalán. Chancho en Piedra's first record deal came in 1995 when the band signed up to a local label called Alerce, releasing Peor Es Mascar Lauchas, co-produced by Gonzalo González. Chancho en Piedra participated in an event called El Nuevo Rock Chileno soon after. In 1996, the group was mentioned by the MTV Latino show Raizonica while its video "Socio" started being rotated.
