Charmer, a Baton Rouge, LA-based folk group, was formed by the Smith brothers -- multi-instrumentalists Bob (bass, percussion, vocals), Dudley Brian (vocals, guitar, harmonica, mandolin), and Joel (vocals, guitar) -- in 1973.
