Biography
Drawing from an elegant mid-century aesthetic similar to his prior projects Marker Starling and Mantler, but with a more dramatic, orchestral flair, Cici Arthur is a trio helmed by Canadian songwriter Chris A. Cummings. Featuring a 30-piece chamber orchestra, the project's melancholy full-length debut, 2025's Way Through, was prompted by Cummings losing his day job of 20 years.
