Cryptopsy

A Canadian death metal group known for their uncompromising sonic attack and technical acuity, Cryptopsy emerged from the fertile Montreal extreme metal scene in 1992. Their debut studio album, 1995's Blasphemy Made Flesh, established the band as a force to be reckoned with in the metal underground. Cryptopsy expanded their fan base in 1998 with the release of Whisper Supremacy, their first outing for Century Media, where they would remain until moving to Nuclear Blast for their eighth long-player, 2023's As Gomorrah Burns.
