Cyprien Katsaris is a Contemporary French pianist known for his effortless technique and masterful control of voicing, phrasing, and dynamics. He is also a passionate champion for forgotten and neglected composers. He was born in Marseilles, France in 1951, and he started playing the piano when he was four years old.
