Daniel Thomas Freeman is an experimental musician, filmmaker, and engineer based in London. Throughout the 2000s, he was a member of Rameses III, a trio whose slow-moving dronescapes blurred the lines between ambient, folk, and psychedelia. After the group disbanded in 2010, he began releasing music on his own, starting with the dark, atmospheric The Beauty of Doubting Yourself in 2011. He then became active as a composer of soundtracks, including Catch Me Daddy (2015) and his own short film The Day After (2022).
