Dark Castle

St. Augustine, FL's Dark Castle is comprised of vocalist/guitarist Stevie Floyd and vocalist/drummer Rob Shaffer, who founded the group in 2005 and debuted their hypnotic brand of doom/death/psych with a 2007 demo entitled Flight of the Pegasus. This, along with consistent touring in support of bands like Rwake, Torche, and Black Cobra, eventually brought the duo to the attention of At a Loss Recordings, which would release their debut album, Spirited Migration (featuring cover art by bandmember Floyd, a reputed tattoo artist), in May 2009. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
