Deron Johnson

Deron Johnson is an award-winning pianist, keyboardist, composer, and session musician from Los Angeles. His credits list totals more than 100 recordings, and he's toured with Stanley Clarke, Lee Ritenour, Larry Carlton, Paula Abdul, and David Sanborn, to name a few. Exposed to jazz as a youngster, he became so fascinated with it that he began jazz and advanced piano studies at Cal State, Long Beach, with pianist Billy Childs at age 16.
