German group Diary of Dreams' music ranges from darkwave and gothic rock to electro-industrial and future pop. The brainchild of classically trained guitarist and pianist Adrian Hates, who leads an ever-changing cast of collaborators, Diary of Dreams debuted with the brooding, dramatic full-length Cholymelan in 1994.
