This hard rock band was formed in Germany in 1986 by Bernie Kolbe (vocals, bass) and British expatriate Cliff Jackson (guitar; formerly the leader of UK progressive rock group Epitaph). Originally named Kingdom, the group added guitarist Alex Ritt, keyboard player Voker Sassenberg and drummer Thorstein Preker before releasing their self-titled 1988 debut for Teldec Records.
