Doomsquad

Montreal-based trio Doomsquad have explored many styles over their career, ranging from darkwave to disco, but the common thread of their music has always been a spiritual, otherworldly feeling. Initially making folk music, the group shifted to dark dream pop and noise rock on the EPs which led up to their 2014 full-length debut, Kalaboogie. Subsequent releases such as 2016's Total Time were both psychedelic and danceable, and the group began incorporating more overtly political lyrics on 2019's Let Yourself Be Seen.
