Washington, D.C. native Dreamcastmoe mixes a grab bag of borrowed styles and applications to his breezy, free-flowing tracks, calling on vintage R&B, hazy memories of FM radio quiet storm, fluid funk and soul essences, and warped but gentle twists of hip-hop.
