Eight Miles High

Eight Miles High is one of dance music veteran Roman Flügel's many aliases, an alias that has been responsible for a number of genre-spanning 12" releases for the producer's own Klang Elektronik label since the mid-'90s. As Eight Miles High, Flügel is equally likely to create pieces for background listening at museums, club tracks, and more experimental works that are difficult to classify. A self-titled 12" and The Gift appeared in 1996, but Flügel kept EMH relatively silent until 2000, a year that saw another pair of 12" releases, The End of the Beginning and Chamber Musik. ...
