Eric Chesser

After spending some time as a straight-ahead country act singing about love, summer, and football, Eric Chesser remade himself as a smooth crooner for 2019's debut EP Jeans and a Flannel. Along the way, he adopted elements of R&B rhythms and country-pop, settling into an easy groove epitomized by his romantic 2020 single "Date Night." A native of Illinois, Chesser began playing music as a child, inspired by the example set by his grandfather. As he grew up, he pursued athletics, hunting, and music equally.
