Fake Laugh

Filtering jangly guitar pop and melancholy lyricism though a soft-focus lens, Fake Laugh emerged from London with handful of EPs in the mid-2010s. The solo project of singer/songwriter Kamran Khan (Lovepark), Fake Laugh presented a more coherent version of its bittersweet indie pop on the Fake Laugh album in 2017. Born in Berlin and based in London, Khan began working on his own solo recordings while fronting the indie rock group Lovepark.
