After the dark, Minneapolis-based dream pop duo To Kill a Petty Bourgeoisie disbanded when vocalist Jehna Wilhelm moved to Seattle to continue her studies, producer Mark McGee began collaborating with a number of other local projects, including the improvisational group Votel (formerly H.U.N.X.) and Marijuana Deathsquads.
