Flavio César

Flavio Raymundo Martínez González was born in July 26, 1972, in Monterrey, Mexico. Flavio Cesar used to sing in festivals and contests at a young age. His decision to become a singer came when Flavio was a regular administration student in Monterrey and realized that his real passion was music. He moved to Mexico City to get started.
