With a passionate style that's also introspective, Foxing operate at the crossroads of Midwest emo, post-rock, and pensive indie rock. Bringing together active members of the St. Louis, Missouri music scene of the early 2010s who had backgrounds playing in these styles, math rock, and more, they expanded upon guitar-oriented fare with orchestral instruments beginning with their full-length debut, 2013's The Albatross.
