Georgian musician Gacha Bakradze first surfaced in 2012 on R&S Records sublabel Apollo with "Remember," a Michael Jackson-sampling downtempo cut with smooth, atmospheric guitar. B-side "Bowl," however, was uptempo, shuffling future garage in the vein of Pariah or George FitzGerald. Gacha's next two releases, on smaller labels Teal Recordings and 2nd Drop Records, were credited to just his surname, Bakradze, and ranged from broken beat to tech-house tracks.
