Korean-German pianist Gina Alice Redlinger is best known as the wife of superstar Lang Lang, which unfortunately tends to overshadow her own considerable gifts. Equally at home in classical, crossover, and jazz, she released her own debut album, Wonderworld, in 2022. Redlinger was born in 1994 in Wiesbaden, Germany, and began to learn piano at the age of four, studying with Irina Edelstein, a professor at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Frankfurt.
