Golden Millennium

Golden Millennium formed in December of 1999 after Dean Hsieh and Travis Higdon purchased two gold-glitter guitars. After recruiting Spoon frontman Britt Daniel on bass and drummer Tom Hudson, the quartet debuted their glam-rock antics to their native of Austin, Texas. On top of their T-Rex, David Bowie, the New York Dolls, and Sweet covers, Golden Millennium recorded an EP worth of originals for their 2000 self-titled debut EP on Peek-A-Boo Industries. ~ Mike DaRonco
