The saxophonist Les Gray performs on a 1999 recording by the Surf Trio, an ensemble that has been active in the Pacific Northwest since the '80s. This saxophonist should not be confused with the late Les Gray, lead vocalist with the British rock band whose name was Mud. ~ Eugene Chadbourne
