Hellsongs

Hellsongs is a Swedish "lounge metal" band known for wry indie pop covers of heavy metal classics. Formed in 2004, they gained a cult following with albums like Hymns in the Key of 666 (2008) and Minor Misdemeanors (2010). After a hiatus, they returned in 2023 with new music on the album Return of the Hellsingers in 2024. Harriet Ohlsson, Johan Bringhed, and Kalle Karlsson formed the group in the fall of 2004 and played their first show at a barn in rural Sweden.
