The Manchester indie pop group Help Stamp Out Loneliness were formed by two former members of the Language of Flowers, Bentley Cooke (guitar) and Colm McCrory (bass), after that band split in 2007. After a short time off to regroup and ponder the wisdom of playing in another indie pop band, the duo decided to retake the plunge and start looking for new bandmates.
