Hiroshi Ebina composes reflective, spacious, and textural ambient music inspired by nature and spirituality. Trained in traditional gagaku music, he creates his impressionistic soundscapes using guitars, modular synthesizers, and tape machines. He has issued numerous digital and cassette releases since 2016, and has collaborated with Scottish musician Erland Cooper, ambient project IDRA, and Singaporean artist Kin Leonn. It's Always Autumn to Say Goodbye, dedicated to the artist's late grandparents, appeared in 2025.
