Hydrogyn

A female-fronted, high-energy modern rock unit based out of Ashland, Kentucky, Hydrogyn splits the difference between old-school, hook-driven hard rock and groove-laden alt-metal. Founded in 2004 by guitarists Jeff Westlake and Jeff Boggs and powerhouse vocalist Julie Westlake, the band released its debut album, Best Served with Volume, shortly after forming.
