Biography
Midwestern songwriter James Jackson Toth trades some of the druggier psychedelic folk of prior project Wooden Wand for a more cordial, ambling indie folk-rock and alt-country on his solo project James & the Giants. Featuring plenty of stylistic overlap with corners of the sprawling Wooden Wand, including some previously unfinished songs, the James & the Giants LP arrived in 2023.
