Biography
Jorge Blanco is a bilingual pop singer and actor from Mexico who won an international following as León Vargas on the Disney Channel teen drama Violetta. Before landing the role in 2012, he was known in Mexico as a contestant on High School Musical, la Selección, a competition for a lead role in the Argentine version of the High School Musical film. Though he didn't win, he was cast as Jorge in Disney Channel Latinoamérica's 2008 feature High School Musical: El Desafío (also known as Viva High School Musical).
