Los Angeles-based trumpeter Julien Knowles is an artful jazz performer whose style combines nuanced post-bop with modern creative and classical influences. A graduate of the Herbie Hancock Institute fellowship program and the University of Nevada, Knowles has worked with Peter Epstein, Adi Meyerson, the Reno Jazz Orchestra, and others. He released his debut album, As Many, As One, in 2024.
