Lauren Flax

Lauren Flax is a Detroit-born, Brooklyn-based DJ and producer whose solo work ranges from energetic, hedonistic house tracks to more introspective songwriting. Spinning various dance styles since the late '90s, she's collaborated with artists such as Sia, Little Boots, Tricky, and Nina Sky, both as a solo artist and as half of the trip-hop duo CREEP. She began releasing vintage-sounding acid house records in the late 2010s, and shifted to a more ethereal sound with 2021's Out of Reality EP.
