Biography
An electronic pop act whose members were too young to get into the club when they started making records, the Elements consist of two brothers, Joey Tingen and Raphael Tingen. The product of a Dutch-British family, the Tingen brothers live in the Aquitaine region of southwestern France. Their father, Paul Tingen, is an author and musician who was impressed with his sons' musical skills and encouraged them to hone their talents in building beats and melodies.
