Lionel Rogg

Rogg studied organ and piano at the Geneva Conservatory and won the premier prix on both instruments. He formed a reputation as a specialist of the music of Bach when he performed and then recorded all Bach's organ works during the 1960's. Initially a highly skilled but sterile performer, Rogg went on to develop his artistic skills and is now known for his individuality in interpretation.
