LOS DOS DE TAMAULIPAS

Los Dos de Tamaulipas is a Mexican regional act led by twin brothers Rolando Zapata (accordion, vocals) and Orlando Zapata (bajo quinto, lead vocals). Both siblings grew up in the Houston area and, inspired by their father's passion for norteño music, they learned how to play their instruments and started performing in restaurants and at parties while still in their early teens. In 2015 they recorded their debut album, Detrás de la Puerta, but they only turned fully professional after signing with the Afinarte label and releasing Soy el Calentano in 2018.
