Hailing from Brisbane, Australia, Martyr Privates play buzzy, straightforward rock & roll that's part punk, part psychedelic, and part lo-fi experimentalism. The band was founded in 2011 by guitarist and singer Cameron Hawes, who previously worked with the groups I Heart Hiroshima and Slug Guts.
