Makers of tender, bittersweet indie pop with an enveloping jangle, Massage emerged from Los Angeles with their debut album, Oh Boy, in 2018. The still more shimmery follow-up, Still Life, followed in 2021. With the Feelies, the Go-Betweens, Twerps, and Flying Nun Records among their inspirations, Massage took seed in 2007, when singer/guitarists Andrew Romano and Alex Naidus first met.
