Gerhard Potuznik and Tex Rabinowitz combine '70s-style vocal techno-pop arrangements with grubby electronica and indie rock under the name Mause. Reportedly the duo's attempt to fuse an admiration for such far-reaching influences as Depeche Mode, the Melvins, and early-'80s American breakdance music, Mause are almost as bizarre in delivery as in description.
