Brothers Gary and Dwayne Dassing formed the electronic/industrial group Mentallo & the Fixer in the late '80s after time spent in Benestrophe. Based in Austin, TX, the brothers released No Rest for the Wicked in 1992 on Simbiose Records, but later signed to Germany's influential Zoth Ommog label. After releasing Revelations 23, Mentallo & the Fixer found an American home in Metropolis Records.
